We provide you with a timely quote to the best of our ability with the amount of information provided, please see that the contact information you provided allows us to text message and/or email you if there are any missing details we need to complete your estimate.
Estimates or discussed dates are not confirmed orders. The paid full balance is required to confirm your order request along with a confirmation text, email and/or receipt.
Deposit / Balance
Orders placed > 2 weeks: 50% deposit required
Orders placed < 2 weeks: Full balance required
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a digital receipt via email and/or text message. Please be aware that last-minute cancellations or unpaid balances are non-refundable
Our Policy
Changes to your order: must be written via text or email - your invoice will be revised to ensure there are no discrepancies. This includes (but not limited to) changes in pick up/delivery time, guest count or additions to order.
Running Late: We understand that life happens. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and ensure your order is received at optimal freshness and quality. Private orders (catering/party platters) are always delivered to our customers by their scheduled pick up time as we understand the importance of your time.
No Call / No Show: Orders may be forfeited if we do not receive a call or a response to our messages within the first hour of the scheduled pickup window. Our team ensures to make several attempts to reach you via call, text and email (if provided) before your order is forfeited.
Holidays & After-Hours Pickup: On holidays and outside of normal business hours, our staff is unable to remain on-site beyond one hour past the scheduled pickup time without prior notice. Orders not picked up within this window are considered non-refundable. We hope you understand that our team have families and loved ones they deserve to be with during major holidays and cannot wait beyond scheduled hours. We thank you for respecting our policy and time.
